The German cement plant CEMEX in Ruedersdorf close to Berlin uses PROMECON gas flow measurement since 2007. The McON air sensors installed at our two down comer tubes are in operation since more than 7 years without any trouble, cleaning and even any sort of maintenance the customer reports. Both installations in this plant, the two tertiary air ducts and the two kiln off-gas measurements (down comer), are used for monitoring and balancing of the two parallel gas streams. The operators and process engineers say that the measurement is very accurate and reliable.

They report that the day-to-day use is very effective and the maintenance absolutely limited.
