Dear business partners,

we would like to inform you that our legal name PROMECON Prozess- und Messtechnik Conrads GmbH has been changed to PROMECON process measurement control GmbH.

The company's new name became effective with its registration in the Commercial Register on January 30, 2018.

For any future correspondence please use our new company name and change your master data accordingly.

Our general terms and conditions of business, our sales terms and delivery conditions as well as all your contacts within the company, their email adresses and phone numbers are not affected by the change.

Our company registration number and VAT number will stay the same.

All contracts signed with PROMECON Prozeß- und Meßtechnik Conrads GmbH before 30 January 2018 will continue to be valid and will transfer to our new name on renewal. There are no changes to terms and conditions and any new contracts starting from 30 January will be made under the new legal name: PROMECON process measurement control GmbH
